Marcia L. Aschendorf, DR, NMD, DM, ND, PhD
Marcia L. Aschendorf is one of only 24 people in the world to have received the Doctor of Reflexology (DR) from the
Modern Institute of Reflexology. She has earned both a Doctor of Mechanotherapy (DM) and a Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) degrees from Central States College and a Doctor of Naturopathic
Medicine (NMD) from First National University of Naturopathy. She completed her Naturopathic Doctor (ND) at Clayton College and earned the prestigious Doctor of Philosophy in
Naturopathy (Ph.D.) from the United States School of Naturopathy.
She is a Registered or Licensed Naturopath in Washington D. C., West Virginia, and Alabama. (Licensing is not required of Naturopaths in Ohio at this time.) She is Board Certified as a Naturopathic
Physician by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification & Accreditation Board, as a Board Certified Reflexologist by the American Reflexology Certification Board and
has earned certification in the Original Ingham Method by the International Institute of Reflexology.
She is the Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of the International Academy
of Naturopathy and serves on its faculty. She served on the faculty of First National University of Naturopathy and as guest lecturer with the University of Cincinnati's
College of Medicine & College of Nursing, Xavier University, Mountain State University in W.V. and Ohio University.
She is Co-founder of JAM Naturopathics, the Founder/Executive Director of the Center
for Reflexology Research, member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association, the Ohio Association of Naturopathy, Founder and Past President of the Ohio
Association of Reflexologists and Past President of the Ohio Coalition for Patients' Rights.
She is a sought after lecturer and has taught in China, South America and throughout
the United States. She has been invited to teach in Europe, Russia and the Middle East. She has presented "Grand Rounds" at University Hospital in Cincinnati and 4th
year Family Practice medical students have shadowed her in the clinic during their Alternative Therapies rotation.
Having recovered from progressive multiple sclerosis and several cancers herself, using
only natural therapies, she chose the field of Naturopathy as the avenue to help others do the same. To accomplish this, she and her husband Jay have operated a "Full
Service Optimal Health Facility" (JAM Naturopathics) since 1994.

He is the Co-founder and working partner of JAM Naturopathics, member of the
American Naturopathic Medical Association, as Past President of the Ohio Coalition for Patients' Rights and served on or chaired several committees for the Ohio
Association of Naturopathy, Ohio Association of Reflexologists, and the Reflexology Association of America.
He is published in newsletters and journals both nationally and internationally. His
NMD Doctoral dissertation, Theories and Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine & the Meridian System, has been published and is used as the standard text for the
introduction to Oriental Medicine at several Naturopathic Colleges and Universities.

Amy Klosterman-Thrower, B.A., C.R.
Amy Klosterman-Thrower graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a
Bachelors in Art in 1993 and received her diploma from the International Academy for Reflexology Studies in 1996. She became a Certified Reflexologist by the American
Reflexology Certification Board in 1997. She has since received training in Bowen Therapy, Healing Touch, Reiki, and Myofascial Release.
Amy enjoys working with her hands and feels that natural healing is an extension of
her art. With public awareness and need of natural therapies increasing, she feels the potential in the field is steadily growing. She looks forward to the time when natural
therapies will be the norm and not the exception. Learning and applying the natural healing arts is a lifelong journey for her.
Kristin Mullins, Ms.T.
Kristin Mullins graduated from Self Health School of Medical Massage in Lebanon,
Ohio in 1993. After becoming licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board of Ohio, she joined Drs. Jay and Marcia Aschendorf in their Blue Ash clinic, and began honing and
expanding her skills through continuing education and work in a variety of areas.
At the present time, Kristin offers personalized massages with specific goals towards
both relaxation and treatment, using the philosophy "no pain - All gain".
Though virtually every area can be addressed, with rapid improvement, Kristin
specializes in problems with headaches, the sinuses, and sleep disorders, giving significant relief, often in the first two visits.
